Define the PowerFlux concept and design the architecture for the website, embedded software and target device. Establish the main system boundaries: edge telemetry, server API, dashboard, hardware interfaces and future maintenance analytics.

Q3 2025: First Website and pf-logger Prototype
Prepare the first public website version and build the initial pf-logger running on a prototype board. Validate basic sensor communication, local telemetry handling and the first path from device data to the web platform.

Q4 2025: PF Box Hardware and Software Adaptation
Prepare the PF Box device and adapt the embedded software to the selected hardware. Refine sensor wiring, communication buses, runtime assumptions and the interface between pf-logger, the device enclosure and the server-side data model.

Q1 2026: Yocto Linux Image and pf-logger Integration
Prepare the Linux image with Yocto and adapt pf-logger to run reliably inside the target Linux environment. Remove integration bugs, align systemd services, persistent data paths, network behavior and device startup with the custom image.

Q2 2026: System Stabilization and Hardening
Stabilize the full system across server, PF Box and Yocto image. Harden the server and deployment stack, improve backups, credentials, access control, image configuration and operational reliability before longer tests.

Q3 2026: AI Model Development and Laboratory Tests
Develop the AI/anomaly-detection layer and run long-term laboratory tests to expose hardware, telemetry, data-quality and reliability problems. Use test results to tune pf-logger, backend storage, dashboards and maintenance indicators.

Q4 2026: Pilot Program in a Real Use Case
Run a pilot program in a real operating environment. Validate installation, data collection, network behavior, maintenance insights, user workflow and service procedures outside the laboratory.

2027: Post-Pilot Software and Hardware Development
Develop the software and hardware further based on conclusions from the real pilot. Improve PF Box design, pf-logger reliability, Yocto image maintenance, AI models, deployment process and product readiness.
